He's also the host of the Marketplace Masters podcast, where he interviews industry leaders on Amazon growth, vendor operations, and agency performance. Alyssa Albanese
Alyssa spent seven years at Amazon in Vendor and Product Management, gaining insider knowledge of what Amazon truly values in vendor partnerships. Combined with retail operations experience at Target and brand management at Chewy, she now helps GO's vendor clients protect profitability through integrated retail, operations, and advertising strategies. Her unique perspective—from both sides of the Amazon relationship—enables her to guide brands from transactional interactions to strategic partnerships that drive measurable growth.
Nick Gezzar
Nick Gezzar is a results‑driven e‑commerce strategist and co‑founder of Flying Tiger Partners. With a background that includes senior vendor and advertising roles at Amazon (including work with Apple and Beats by Dre) as well as brand management at Procter & Gamble and Lindt & Sprüngli, Nick blends big‑brand experience with entrepreneurial agility. He now leads strategy and growth for Flying Tiger, helping brands scale on marketplace platforms through data‑driven advertising and operational excellence.

James Wakefield
James Wakefield is the founder and Managing Director of WAKE Commerce, a London‑based Amazon‑specialist agency that empowers brands to fully capitalise on Vendor Central and e‑commerce opportunity. With over 18 years of experience in online retail—from launching an online photography magazine in 1998, to selling on eBay in 2001 and Amazon in 2003—James established WAKE in 2015 to marry his passion for data, branding and online retail strategy. His agency now supports consumer brands in streamlining their Amazon operations, recovering hidden revenue, and driving sustainable growth on the world’s biggest marketplace.
Travis Chappell
Travis Chappell is Head of Vendor Services at Venture Forge, where he leads the agency’s vendor‑side strategy and operations for mid‑market and enterprise Amazon brands across the UK and Europe. With prior experience on the Amazon Vendor Beauty team and as EU Channel Manager at Perrigo, Travis brings deep inside‑Amazon knowledge and e‑commerce agency leadership—most recently serving as Managing Director at Iconic Sales. At Venture Forge, he’s focused on helping brands optimise their vendor terms, operations and content so they can grow efficiently and profitably on Amazon.
Paola Marzario
Paola Marzario is the founder and Chairwoman of BrandOn Group, an Italian‑based tech and e‑commerce firm that empowers brands to sell across global marketplaces. A law graduate from Bocconi University, she has built her career as a serial entrepreneur—founding her first company during her university years and exiting it in 2008, before launching BrandOn in 2012. With deep expertise in marketplace strategy, digital distribution and omnichannel growth, Paola has led BrandOn to become a recognised leader in European e‑commerce. She is also a senior partner at Consorzio Netcomm, mentors startup incubator teams, and is active in advancing women’s leadership in the digital commerce space.
Oliver Tomaschewski
Oliver Tomaschewski is the founder and managing director of DiCommerce GmbH, a Germany‑based consultancy specialising in Amazon and digital commerce strategy, conversion optimisation and vendor/seller account management. Formerly Head of E‑Commerce Central Europe at GROHE Deutschland Vertriebs GmbH, he brings over 14 years of manufacturer‑side e‑commerce leadership to his current role. Oliver advises global vendors on Amazon annual negotiations (AVNs), content optimisation and marketplace growth across multiple platforms.
Alexandra Carmody
Account strategy is nothing new to Alexandra. She had ten years of prior experience primarily in health, wellness, and supplements. In the past she has worked with large Fortune 500 companies to build out wellness programs at the corporate level for employees. She’s also an accredited CCWS (Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist) and has had extensive training and enablement experience in public speaking.
